Hosted by NCSP at the University of Pennsylvania, second-year NCSP at UCSF Scholar Dr. Rahael Borchers traveled to Washington, D.C. for an experience that paired behind-the-scenes access with a full slate of Q&A meetings with leaders in health policy. The trip took the group from the halls of Congress-adjacent think tanks, to federal agencies, to a Capitol Hill dinner table, offering a firsthand look at how health policy truly comes to fruition.
